In terms of food, Harvey Nichols is a one-stop shop for everything from signature puddings to Michelin-starred chefs. Definitely make a note to visit Harvey Nichols chic food hall, a choice town centre destination. We were really impressed with the enthusiastic and knowledgeable customer service. The staff are polite, helpful and make you feel at home right off the bat! They gave us free lunch vouchers for surrounding locations and helped us book several excursions. This is probably my favourite hotel ever!
